Canon flew me to Toronto, where I toured their headquarters and got a closer look at the people and process behind a brand that has shaped so much of my work. Then I stayed while the team prepared the space and helped with the setup for the event.
Socality × Canon
Socality and Canon work hand in hand to create genuinely fun events that connect creators with community. I made so many of my own friends through these gatherings, so getting to help bring one to life felt especially full-circle.
Taking the stage
They invited me to speak about social media: building carousels people want to keep swiping through, creating a recognizable image online, and sharing work in a way that still feels personal. It was part practical lesson, part honest conversation, and very much my kind of room.
